Pros: It was conveniently located for our purposes. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The staff was kind and helpful. The decor was modern and fresh. Tons of restaurants in close proximity.

We didn't eat the breakfast, but went out to a restaurant which was much more economical. For the price of the stay, we would like to have seen a complimentary breakfast. Also, we were surprised that there was no housekeeping service after our first night. The girl at the desk at our check-in was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Room was clean, modern, well-kept. Nice facility in line with expectations for Hyatt. Everything was good.

I was able to check in early which was great as I had some studying to do before a licensing exam. The first room I was checked into hadn't been cleaned yet, but I was quickly moved to another room. The Covid-19 precautions were great. I was able to get a decent breakfast and there were ton of places nearby to grab items I had forgotten.
